What You’ll Do Drive daily sales activity (calls, appointments, shows, closes) Sell high-ticket personal training & memberships Lead weekly performance reviews across: Lead generation & conversion Sales metrics & revenue Retention & client experience Execute strategies to improve profitability, efficiency, and growth Deliver a world-class experience to every client — from first-time athletes to professionals What We’re Looking For High-energy — early mornings to evenings Elite communicator & relationship builder Confident handling objections and high-ticket sales Takes ownership — no excuses, just results Detail-oriented, disciplined, and accountable Tech-savvy (CRM/POS/social media) Thrives in a team-first, high-performance culture Day-to-Day Responsibilities Front-of-house leadership & client experience Membership setup, POS transactions, and reporting (MindBody) Managing retail sales & inventory Supporting events and community engagement Maintaining accurate daily/weekly KPI and financial reporting Qualifications 3+ years of high-ticket sales + management experience Fitness industry experience preferred Proven ability to close at a high level Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills Associate degree (preferred) Compensation Base + Performance Bonuses OTE: $60,000 – $80,000+ Unlimited upside based on performance Benefits Paid Time Off Employee Discounts Schedule Monday–Friday Saturdays as needed In-person role This is for the person who wants to be: The top producer in the building The leader everyone follows The one who drives results, not excuses #J-18808-Ljbffr
