CVTC seeks a Customer Service oriented candidate to join the Student Central team in Eau Claire. You will provide cross-functional enrollment and financial services to students and the public, serving as the first point of contact for Admissions, Assessment, Cashier, Financial Aid, Records, and Registration. The role requires handling inquiries via phone, in person, email, and chat, guiding customers to resolution, maintaining case records, and supporting admissions and registration processes. #J-18808-Ljbffr
