Job Summary

The Head of Creator Marketing will own how creators promote and monetize Aldea’s AI-powered app. The role sits at the intersection of creators, product, and revenue, requiring equal parts strategy and execution. This position is ideal for someone deeply embedded in the creator economy, with proven experience turning trust and audience into revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Own creator-led growth end-to-end, from audience development to conversion
• Build and scale content systems across social platforms to drive engagement and subscriptions
• Partner with world-class experts to execute growth campaigns
• Lead CRM strategy across email, SMS, and lifecycle touchpoints
• Develop culturally relevant and human launch strategies aligned with expert integrity
• Use data to inform decisions while maintaining strong brand and narrative judgment
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and leadership

Candidate Requirements

• 4–8 years building and monetizing expert-level creators’ personal brands
• Deep understanding of the online creator ecosystem (platforms, formats, trends, economics)
• Proven experience driving growth or monetization (subscriptions, funnels, conversion optimization, LTV)
• Strong analytical mindset with comfort owning metrics, dashboards, and experimentation frameworks
• High bias for action — ability to move fast, test often, and learn in public
• Excellent judgment around brand, trust, and audience relationships
• Ability to operate independently in an early-stage, ambiguous environment
• Clear written and verbal communication skills

• Experience growing consumer mobile products (wellness, mental health, coaching, learning, habit formation)
• Background in lifecycle marketing, CRM architecture, or subscription businesses
