Join us to lead and inspire.Your main tasksLead and develop the Source-to-Pay (S2P) team, ensuring high-quality and timely service delivery.Manage team workload, allocate tasks effectively, and support employee development through coaching and performance feedback.Drive achievement of KPIs and SLAs while continuously improving team performance and efficiency.Partner closely with stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, and other business functions to ensure excellent service and collaboration.Support process transitions, standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.Analyze operational data and provide insights to support business decisions and process optimization.Manage escalations, resolve complex issues, and identify opportunities to enhance service quality.Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and controls while proactively addressing risks.Foster a collaborative, engaged, and high-performing team environment through effective communication and leadership.Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders and business partners.Your ideal background3+ years of experience in S2P/P2P, Accounts Payable, or Finance Operations.Previous people leadership experience in a shared services environment.Strong understanding of accounting and end-to-end S2P processes.Proven ability to lead teams, drive performance, and achieve KPIs.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Experience with process improvement, standardization, or automation initiatives.Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Proficiency in SAP and MS Office, with excellent English skills.Additional European languages are a plus.#jobsEMEAEH#LI-HYBRIDABOUT TE CONNECTIVITYTE Connectivity plc (NYSE: TEL) is a global industrial technology leader creating a safer, sustainable, productive, and connected future.
