Description Inbound Receiver Keep Materials Moving. Maintain Accuracy. Support the Team. Position Summary We're seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Inbound Receiver to handle incoming materials from unloading through final storage. This role receives, de-crates, palletizes, stocks, and stows materials while completing accurate inventory transactions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC). Key Responsibilities Receive and unload containers and domestic/international shipments. De-crate, palletize, stock, and store materials in the correct locations. Process purchase orders, intercompany shipments, and warehouse transfers in BC. Verify invoices, packing slips, purchase orders, bills of lading, certificates, quantities, lot numbers, and product condition. Resolve and report shortages, damage, incorrect shipments, and documentation issues. Maintain accurate receiving records, inventory transactions, FIFO, and lot traceability. Print labels, inspection sheets, geometric reports, transfer documents, and production paperwork. Support Production DCC receiving and warehouse transfers. Coordinate with Purchasing, Warehouse, Production, Quality, Planning, and Transportation. Support continuous improvement in receiving efficiency and inventory accuracy. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Strong computer, data-entry, organizational, and communication skills. BC or similar ERP experience preferred. Receiving, warehouse, inventory control, or logistics experience preferred. Ability to review purchase orders and shipping documents accurately. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods.
