Compensation: $20.00 / hour (Paid bi-weekly) | Full-Time

Schedule: Monday – Friday | Predictable Weekends Off (Occasional Saturdays based on division workload)

Travel: Paid daily route travel within a 2-hour regional radius

Role Overview

Looking for an active, hands-on role with consistent weekday hours? Join our regional field auditing team conducting physical inventory counts inside convenience stores and retail locations. No prior inventory experience required—we provide fully paid, hands-on training from Day 1.

What You'll Do

• Execute precise physical stock counts and asset audits using handheld digital counting devices.

• Audit inventory across sales floors, backroom storage areas, and walk-in coolers/freezers.

• Identify stock variances, reconcile count data, and deliver daily summary reports to store management.

• Travel and carpool daily with team members along designated regional routes.

Shift Schedule & Daily Expectations

• Early Morning Starts: On-site audit work kicks off between 6:00 AM – 7:00 AM. Depending on travel distance, team departures range from 3:30 AM – 4:30 AM on longer routes.

• Daily Work Hours: Typical shifts finish between 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM once store audits and travel are completed.

• Weekly Hours: Total time (in-store auditing + paid travel) averages 36–42 hours per week, with overtime available during high-volume periods.

• Paid Travel: All travel time between store sites is fully paid.

Key Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License, active personal auto insurance, and dependable personal vehicle ownership suitable for team carpooling (rideshare services like Uber/Lyft cannot be used).

• Ability to pass standard background (BGC) and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) screenings.

• Physical stamina to stand, bend, stoop, climb short step-ladders, lift up to 25 lbs, and operate in cold storage environments (walk-in coolers).

• Reliability for early morning start times and collaborative team execution.
