Certified CVOR Surgical Technologist

Join our team as a Certified CVOR Surgical Technologist in Austin, TX. You will function as a member of a cardiac surgical team, assisting physicians and nurses in the operating room during cardiovascular procedures. You will ensure patient safety by preparing the OR, sterilizing and organizing instruments, and providing intraoperative support to the surgical team.

Minimum Requirements

• Current certification from a program accredited by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA).
• BLS Certification.
• Cardiovascular operating room (CVOR) experience. 2 years preferred.
• Experience working in a hospital OR environment.
• Must be willing to take on-call assignments as required by the client.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a dedicated cardiac surgery or heart hospital setting.
• Certification as a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) preferred if not already required.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 06:30–17:00.
• On-call requirement.
