Job Title: Stacker/Packer Job Description

The role involves supporting machine operators by loading and unloading large rolls of coatings. This position includes general production tasks such as prepping and setting up pallets, using a nail gun, rolling and loading new rolls on pallets, and unloading and rolling used rolls onto other pallets. You will be responsible for securing rolls using wrapping and wires and directing forklift operators as needed.

• Prep and set up pallets, potentially using a nail gun.
• Roll and load new rolls onto pallets and unload used rolls onto other pallets.
• Secure rolls using wrapping and wires.
• Direct forklift operators to ensure efficient operations.

• Experience in production, stacking, loading, packing, and general labor.
• Ability to use a pallet jack.
• Skills in palletizing and pallet building.
• Competence in inventory management.

• Comfortable being on feet for the entire shift.
• Physically capable of handling rollable heavy weights.
• Personal protective equipment required: steel toe boots, safety glasses, earbuds, and gloves. Glasses, buds, and gloves are provided.

The work environment is non-climate controlled, resembling a smaller warehouse with an open trailer dock. Numerous fans help maintain a cooler atmosphere, and hydration is encouraged. Break rooms are equipped with air conditioning.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Riverside, MO.

The pay range for this position is $18.20 - $18.20/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Riverside,MO.
