Job Full Description We are seeking an experienced ** Machine Operators ** with hands-on knowledge using digital cutting systems. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can set up, operate, and maintain the cutting machine to produce precise, high-quality components for corrugated marketing materials.

Responsibilities:
- Operate machines to produce components according to production specifications
- Set up machine parameters and load appropriate production files
- Inspect raw materials and finished products for quality and accuracy
- Perform light routine maintenance and cleaning of the equipment
- Work with the production teams to ensure proper execution of custom jobs
- Maintain accurate records of job runs and machine usage
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience operating industrial machinery
- Willing to submit to drug and background screening
- Ability to read and interpret design files and production specifications
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control
- Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus
