Production Machine Operator

Job Full Description

We are seeking an experienced ** Machine Operators ** with hands-on knowledge using digital cutting systems. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can set up, operate, and maintain the cutting machine to produce precise, high-quality components for corrugated marketing materials.


Responsibilities:

• Operate machines to produce components according to production specifications
• Set up machine parameters and load appropriate production files
• Inspect raw materials and finished products for quality and accuracy
• Perform light routine maintenance and cleaning of the equipment
• Work with the production teams to ensure proper execution of custom jobs
• Maintain accurate records of job runs and machine usage
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience operating industrial machinery
• Willing to submit to drug and background screening
• Ability to read and interpret design files and production specifications
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control
• Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus
