Licensed Elementary School Occupational Therapist | Oceanside, California

Your focus will be on a varied caseload of approximately 80 students, providing tailored interventions and collaborating with educators and families to foster success for each child. Qualifications and Experience:

• Current and valid state Occupational Therapist license
• Certification as an Occupational Therapist
• Experience working with elementary-age children preferred
• Ability to efficiently manage a caseload of approximately 80 students
• Strong communication and collaborative skills
• Commitment to supporting multiple campuses within the district

Core Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate students' needs within the school setting
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in collaboration with teachers and parents
• Conduct both individual and group therapy sessions for elementary students
• Document progress and maintain thorough records compliant with school and state regulations
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to IEPs and student planning
• Provide consultative guidance and resources to staff and families across multiple campuses
