Requirements / Responsibilities

• 3–5 years of recruiting experience, preferably supporting technical or engineering roles
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and candidate profiles
• Screen, qualify, and submit candidates aligned with both technical and cultural priorities
• Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication with candidates and stakeholders throughout the process
• Drive the recruiting lifecycle from intake through offer acceptance
• Maintain accurate candidate tracking and updates within ATS systems (e.g., Oracle, Horizon)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and cross-functional teams

Job Description

We are seeking an Engineering Recruiter to support hiring efforts for one of our clients in a fast-paced, technical environment. This individual will be responsible for managing full lifecycle recruiting across a variety of technical roles, with a strong focus on engineering and manufacturing functions.

This is a high-impact role that requires strong partnership with hiring managers, the ability to manage multiple open positions, and a proactive approach to identifying and engaging top talent.

Compensation:

$30-40/hr

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
