You will work with a diverse patient population and help with the preparation of patients for various procedures. The role requires strong clinical skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Essential Qualifications:Required:BLS CertificationExperience in Medical TelemetryPreferred:Leadership experienceCharge Nurse experienceBachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)Personal Attributes: The ideal candidate will be hard-working, compassionate, and team-oriented, with a strong commitment to improving patient care.Work Environment: The Trauma Telemetry Unit is equipped with medical remote telemetry monitoring, Cerner Patient Observation, and patient workstations on wheels. Staff will have access to tap-and-go solutions for streamlined documentation processes.Schedule Requirements: The RN is required to commit to working six weekend shifts over a six-week schedule, with weekends defined as Friday through Sunday.Floating Requirements: Staff may be required to float to sister units in Med-Surge as needed.Dress Code: Attire includes navy blue scrubs, a white top with navy blue bottoms, or all white scrubs.
