Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care on a Med/Telemetry Spine unit in an acute care hospital setting
Monitor and interpret telemetry readings, identifying and responding to cardiac rhythm changes
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care for assigned patients
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient treatment plans and discharge planning
Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the electronic health record
Adhere to facility policies, safety protocols, and nursing excellence standards throughout the assignment
Required Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
Minimum of 2 years of recent RN experience in a Med/Telemetry or similar acute care setting
Demonstrated competency in telemetry monitoring and interpretation
Current BLS certification (ACLS may be required)
Ability to work 12-hour night shifts in a fast-paced hospital environment
Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior experience on a spine or orthopedic unit
Previous travel nursing experience with the ability to adapt quickly to new environments
Familiarity with electronic health record systems used in large acute care facilities
