Warehouse Material Handler

Position Summary U.S. AutoForce, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., brings together more than 100 years of experience as an industry leader in the distribution of tires, undercar parts, and lubricants to independent tire retailers, auto repair shops, and automotive dealerships. The schedule for this position is Monday - Friday 6:00am - 2:30pm and rotating Saturday’s. Schedules are subject to change based on business needs and may require overtime. Job Responsibilities Load, unload, stock tires and auto parts in a fast‑paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles such as a forklift or picker equipment. Use scanners to find and put away tires and assist with inventory control. Lifting 50 pounds consistently throughout the shift and occasionally up to 80 pounds, with team lifts or mechanical equipment for commercial tires. Exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when working with barrels or industrial/agricultural tires. Work at heights of up to 25 feet safely while operating equipment. Be on the move, work on your feet for extended periods, and work overtime as needed. Contribute to our culture of safety, ensuring adherence to all safety policies and operating procedures. May assist other departments, such as e‑comm, inventory, and will call depending on business needs. Physical Demands and Work Environment Physical demands: The employee must be qualified in visual, auditory, physical, and mental ability to operate equipment safely with or without reasonable accommodation. Frequently lift products weighing up to approximately 50 pounds, and occasionally up to 80 pounds. Occasionally exert a pushing force up to 40 pounds. Handle commercial tires by rolling, destacking, team lifting, or using mechanical equipment. Protective equipment required: steel or composite toe boots, safety vest, safety harness, seatbelt, self‑retracting lifeline (SRL). All equipment is provided by U.S. AutoForce except steel/composite toe boots. Employees must adhere to safety and manufacturer guidelines for compliant use of all protective equipment. Work environment: The employee may be exposed to prevailing weather conditions. The noise level is usually moderate. Fumes associated with tires and occasionally car parts and lubricants are prevalent. Qualifications Must be 18 years or older to operate equipment. One year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience. Ability to safely lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds. Ability to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when working with barrels and industrial/agricultural tires. Ability to work at heights of 25 feet while operating equipment and maintaining safety standards. Abide by all company safety policies and state and federal transportation regulations and manufacturing guidelines. Ability to pass forklift certification. Willing to work overtime as needed. Ability to follow instructions and safe operating procedures. Ability to work in a team environment. Successfully pass a pre‑employment drug test (no THC/marijuana).
