Entry Level Customer Service Rep Swipe Say Easy is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Location: Atlanta, GA Employment Type: Full-Time Salary Range: $18.50 - $27.50 Hourly (based on experience) Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat. Resolve customer issues and provide solutions in a professional and efficient manner. Educate customers on Swipesay's products, services, and policies. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and improve service delivery. Assist with account setup and troubleshooting technical issues. Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise High school diploma or equivalent Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using CRM software and customer support tools. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure. Problem-solving skills and a positive, customer-first attitude.
