We're looking for a safety-focused Shipping & Receiving Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. In this role, you'll safely load, unload, move, and organize materials while ensuring accurate inventory, shipping documentation, and product quality. Shipping & Receiving Forklift Operator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 18.25 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm)

• Safely operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment to load, unload, and transport products.
• Verify shipments for accuracy by matching products to packing lists and shipping documentation.
• Receive, store, organize, and move raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods throughout the warehouse.
• Complete shipping, receiving, inventory, and tracking documentation accurately. Inspect products for quality and report inventory, equipment, or safety concerns promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse while following all safety procedures and assisting with basic facility upkeep. Work closely with warehouse, production, and customer service teams to ensure efficient shipping operations.

Shipping & Receiving Forklift Operator Qualifications:

• Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, and forklift experience required.
• Current forklift certification or the ability to become certified; valid driver's license required.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. and work in a physically demanding environment, including hot conditions.
• Strong attention to detail with basic math and computer skills.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions in English.
• Reliable attendance, dependable transportation, and flexibility to work overtime or weekends as needed.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
