Receptionist Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $19.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 09:00am to 05:00pm )

• Greet visitors and answer multi-line phone calls while providing outstanding customer service in both English and Spanish.
• Assist with administrative tasks including filing, copying, scanning, email correspondence, mail processing, and shipping/receiving packages.
• Provide general information to employees, customers, and vendors while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
• Support HR functions such as onboarding paperwork, I-9 completion, orientations, employee communications, and basic payroll assistance.
• Maintain office supply inventory and assist with administrative projects as assigned.
• Coordinate drug screening paperwork and other employee-related documentation.
• Collaborate with multiple departments while supporting office operations and maintaining an organized, welcoming environment.

Receptionist Qualifications:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
• High school diploma or GED required.
• One to two years of receptionist, administrative, customer service, or office support experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and general computer applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality while working with employees and sensitive information.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
