About the Role

The Company is seeking an Interim Associate CIO to take on a critical infrastructure leadership role. The successful candidate will have direct authority over core infrastructure teams, including networking, servers, cloud, and data center operations. This hands-on position involves leading and coaching other leaders, acting as a trusted advisor to the CIO, and being highly visible in assessing the operational state of the environment. The Interim Associate CIO will be responsible for reviewing incidents and failures to identify process and control gaps, as well as the cultural and behavioral drivers behind them. The ultimate goal is to stabilize operations, restore consistent patterns, and prepare the organization for a smooth transition back to permanent leadership. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' of infrastructure leadership experience, with a background that includes time at the Senior Director, VP, or CIO level, and direct ownership of enterprise IT operations. Experience in leading large infrastructure organizations and a proven track record in operational stabilization and incident management are essential. The role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to assess and advise on changes, and a focus on reinforcing operational discipline. The Interim Associate CIO will be expected to set clear expectations around accountability, decision-making, and execution, while refining processes to ensure they are practical and effective.
