Salon & Spa Coordinator

Location: Phoenix, AZ (Candidates from Phoenix, Scottsdale, Glendale, Fountain Hills, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Rio Verde, and surrounding areas are encouraged to apply.)

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays (up to 40 hours per week). Flexible scheduling available.

Compensation: $18–$23/hour (based on experience) + performance-based bonus

As our Salon & Spa Coordinator, you'll help create a seamless, elevated experience from the moment each guest walks through our doors until they leave excited for their next visit.

Responsibilities include:

• Welcome every guest with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.
• Schedule hair, spa, and aesthetic appointments while optimizing provider schedules.
• Answer phone calls, text messages, emails, and online inquiries with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Build lasting relationships with guests by learning their preferences and creating personalized experiences.
• Educate guests on salon services, spa treatments, memberships, retail products, and seasonal promotions.
• Encourage pre-booking, memberships, retail recommendations, and future appointments to help guests maintain their results.
• Process payments, maintain guest records, and ensure appointment details are accurate.
• Support stylists, aestheticians, and providers to keep the day running smoothly.
• Help maintain a beautiful, organized, and welcoming reception and retail area.
• Resolve guest concerns with empathy, professionalism, and a commitment to exceptional service.
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture where everyone works together to create an unforgettable guest experience.

The ideal candidate has:

• Previous experience in a salon, spa, medspa, luxury retail, hospitality, or guest services environment.
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• A naturally warm, upbeat, and welcoming personality.
• Confidence recommending services, memberships, packages, and retail products.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• The ability to stay calm and positive in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and polished communication.
