Schedule/Hours:

• Every other weekend required
• No on-call shifts

Qualifications:

• Active RN license with eligibility for Kansas practice
• Minimum of 1 year of recent ER nursing experience preferred
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (current and valid)
• Proficiency in Cerner OneChart EHR a plus
• Exceptional assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations and adapt to rapidly changing patient needs
• Willingness to wear ceil blue scrubs in line with facility dress code

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality emergency care, triage, and rapid assessment/intervention for patients of all ages
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to stabilize and manage critically ill individuals
• Participate in ongoing patient monitoring, documentation, and care coordination using Cerner OneChart
• Provide emotional support, education, and compassionate service to patients and families facing acute medical conditions
• Practice strict compliance with safety and infection control protocols
