Schedule/Hours:

• Every other weekend required
• No on-call shifts

Key Qualifications:

• Current RN license with eligibility to practice in Kansas
• Minimum of one year experience in an Emergency Room setting
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Adaptability to fast-paced, high-pressure situations
• Familiarity with Cerner OneChart (preferred experience)
• Professionalism and excellent communication skills

Role Responsibilities:

• Triage, assess, and deliver critical care to ER patients
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams for comprehensive patient management
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses
• Document all care provided using EHR (Cerner OneChart)
• Maintain infection control and safety procedures
• Wear ceil blue scrubs per department policy
