Company: Florida's Fast Growing Window Company selling and installing Top Quality Windows, Doors and Roofing.
Position: Regional Canvassing Manager - Hire, train, and grow a large, high-performing door-to-door canvassing team. This is a full-time leadership opportunity with base salary, commission, team overrides, and strong earning potential. NO SELLING!
Qualified Candidate - MUST have door-to-door canvassing management experience in the home improvement or closely related home services industry, with experience building and managing a high-volume-producing department with sales derived from canvassing leads.
Compensation
▪ Earn $100 to $150K
Qualifications:
▪ Canvassing management experience in home improvement or a related industry required
▪ Strong coaching, leadership, and team management skills
▪ Experience building, training, and motivating door-to-door sales or canvassing teams
▪ Comfortable working in the field and leading by example
Responsibilities
▪ Interview, hire, train, and manage a team of door-to-door canvassers
▪ Lead regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and field training
▪ Develop neighborhood mapping and route plans in several regional areas
▪ Track team performance, support daily production, and help canvassers improve results
