Real Estate Accountant

Job Overview We are a Real Estate Group established in French-speaking Switzerland since 1886 with agencies in Geneva, Coppet, Nyon, Pully, Vevey, Fribourg, Sion and Neuchâtel. As part of the development of our business, we wish to recruit, for our headquarters in Geneva, a future Real Estate Accountant. Responsibilities Maintaining accounts in our QUORUM software Preparation of closings for managed properties Preparation of balance sheets Monitoring and reconciliation of liquidity accounts Preparation of budgets Calculation and invoicing of provisions Processing new mandates Preparation of heating and ancillary cost statements VAT statements Monitoring tenant/co-owner payments Management of various administrative tasks related to the position Start: immediately or by agreement – Work rate: 100% Offer Close collaboration with a team of professionals Autonomous work in connection with the various company stakeholders A pleasant working environment and setting 5 weeks’ holiday, increasing to 6 weeks after 5 years’ service Flexible hours from 6:30 am to 7:30 pm Remote work possible after the probation period Requirements Solid experience as a real estate accountant within a Swiss property management company Ability to integrate into a dynamic and professional team Good command of the QUORUM programme and IT tools Good organisation and time management skills High professional rigour and sensitivity to deadlines Salary: EUR 60000 - 80000 per year #J-18808-Ljbffr
