EMT-Paramedic
The EMT-Paramedic provides advanced life support to patients who are ill and/or injured, based on necessary protocols. Requirements include a Paramedic License, ACLS and PALS certification within six months. Responsibilities include excellent patient assessment skills, proficiency in advanced airway skills, IV and IO insertion, medication administration, 911 transports and out of town transfers, and performing a variety of tasks as needed.
