Schedule: Monday - Friday | ~8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Job Summary & Responsibilities


We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join a dynamic school-based program serving children and young adults with autism, developmental delays, and learning differences. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings and standardized occupational therapy evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs
• Collaborate with educators and multidisciplinary teams to contribute to IEPs and 504 plans
• Provide therapy focused on fine motor skills, visual motor integration, sensory processing, and self-care skills
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Maintain accurate documentation and therapy records
• Manage caseload effectively while ensuring high-quality care

Education, Licensure, and Experience

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy
• Active Pennsylvania State Board of Occupational Therapy License
• Experience in school-based settings, autism spectrum disorders, or developmental delays preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
• Required Clearances & Certifications
• Act 33 - Child Abuse Clearance
• Act 34 - Pennsylvania State Criminal History Clearance
• Act 114 - FBI Clearance (Department of Education)
• Act 168 Clearance
• Mandated Reporter Training
• CPR / First Aid Certification
• Recent Physical Examination and TB Test
