RESPONSIBILITIES:

• As an Occupational Therapist (OT) , your primary responsibility is helping residents in their restoration of wellness and independence.
• Assisting in evaluations and setting appropriate goals for residents
• Continued support of goal achievement.
• Maintain contact/communication with other personnel involved in the resident's care to promote coordinated and efficient care plans.
• Setting goals for mobility, function, and independence.
• The application of therapeutic techniques to help achieve goals.
• Ensure accurate documentation throughout your shift.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Certified Occupational Therapist (OT) in the state of Pennsylvania
• Long term care experience preferred but not required
