- Assisting in evaluations and setting appropriate goals for residents
- Continued support of goal achievement.
- Maintain contact/communication with other personnel involved in the resident's care to promote coordinated and efficient care plans.
- Setting goals for mobility, function, and independence.
- The application of therapeutic techniques to help achieve goals.
- Ensure accurate documentation throughout your shift.
- Certified Occupational Therapist (OT) in the state of Pennsylvania
- Long term care experience preferred but not required
