Description

The Customer Service Specialist/Data Entry assesses and completes applications for individuals desiring services for the programs provided to low-income residents of Charleston, Berkeley, and Dorchester Counties.

Qualifications

Conduct thorough intake interviews with program participants to gather detailed information regarding eligibility based on criteria set forth by the funding sources.
Identify and correct data entry errors using appropriate quality control methods.
Back-up to Intake Processors.
Accurately input and maintain program participants' information in LITT to ensure confidentiality and accuracy
Attends planning team meetings and training for the specific program areas assigned.
Maintain the established policy regarding the error rate when processing applications.
Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scanning.
Perform other duties as assigned.
