Job Title: Mechanical Assembler
As a Mechanical Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling mechanical items, including measuring instruments, mechanisms, and machines. You will also perform operations such as drilling, reaming, pressing, and aligning. Coordination with your supervisor and a team of other mechanical and electronics assemblers is essential.
Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical items, including measuring instruments, mechanisms, and machines.
• Perform drilling, reaming, pressing, aligning, and other related operations.
• Coordinate with supervisor and a team of other mechanical and electronics assemblers.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in mechanical assembly and production.
• Experience using drill presses, manual presses, hand tools, and/or related equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and finesse.
• Team-work oriented attitude.
• Ability to quickly pivot between tasks.
• Effective English communication skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Familiarity with electrical schematics.
• Experience with hand and power tools.

Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Copiague, NY.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $45760.00/yr.
