- Evaluate and analyze loan applications to determine eligibility and risk factors.
- Build strong relationships with clients, offering personalized mortgage solutions.
- Guide clients through the loan process from application to closing.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and lending products.
- Collaborate with real estate agents and other professionals to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the loan journey.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all loans processed.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets while ensuring compliance with lending standards.
- Proven experience as a Loan Officer or in a similar mortgage-industry role.
- Strong knowledge of loan products, underwriting processes, and regulations.
- Active NMLS license and familiarity with state and federal lending laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in mortgage software and CRM systems.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
