In the role of Assistant Front Office Manager , you will be ambassador for the hotel and be passionate about delivering world class service to our internal and external guests. Key responsibilities will include assisting the Front Office Manager with interviewing, selecting, training and supervision of all front desk, bell/door and Concierge team members; providing a thorough check-in and check-out experience according to our luxury level standards, address guest concerns and feedback, and administer/execute front office procedures. The position is full time, salaried. The candidate should have the following knowledge, skills and abilities: Previous experience in a similar role in an upscale hotel, at least two years of supervisory experience. Knowledge of full service, luxury hotel operations. Proven guest service skills to include critical listening, follow up and follow through and a genuine desire to exceed expectations. Exhibits strong team focus and positive team relations abilities, displays a high level of tact and diplomacy, is welcoming, organized, professional Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays, am or pm shifts.
