AE - Stock Associate - Early Morning (Off-Hours)

YOUR ROLE

As a part-time stock brand Ambassador, you’re an expert at keeping product moving from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising. You’ve got a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising and a keen attention to detail. Even though the Stockroom is #yourplace, you’re able to flex your skills to support your team and guests on the Salesfloor as needed. Most importantly, you represent AEO values and you bring your REAL self to work every day!

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Passion for brand standards: Keep product moving through effective and timely shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising. Manage the Stockroom: Keep the Stockroom running efficiently and productively by ensuring merchandise, visual props, marketing and fixtures stay organized. Innovate: Identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, create a game plan and take action to correct it. Teamwork: Prepare to step in and help fellow team members with non‑stock‑related tasks or assist guests. Integrity and safety: Follow safety standards in the Stockroom and Salesfloor, adhere to Asset Protection standards and all AEO policies and procedures.

You love AE and Aerie products! You have strong organization, attention to detail, and skills in priority‑setting and time management. You have flexible availability—early morning, late evening and weekends. You have prior experience in a stock‑related role.

PAY/BENEFITS INFORMATION

Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant experience and location. Subject to eligibility requirements, associates may be eligible to receive paid sick leave and AEO may provide REAL rewards at its discretion. Paid Time Off, paid sick leave, and holiday pay vary by job level and type, job location, employment classification (part‑time or full‑time / exempt or non‑exempt), and years of service.
