The ideal candidate will possess excellent stakeholder communication skills, work closely with product owners, architects, and delivery leads to deliver high quality ServiceNow implementations aligned to business needs and platform best practices.Key responsibilities:Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications using out-of-the-box features and custom developmentBuild and maintain workflows, business rules, client scripts, Script Includes, UI actions, and integrationsConfigure and enhance core ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM – based on engagement needs)Participate in requirements analysis, solution design, and technical discussions with stakeholdersRecommend solutions and ensure solutions follow ServiceNow best practices, performance standards, and upgrade safe designSupport testing, deployment, defect resolution, and post production supportCollaborate within Agile/Scrum teams and contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and reviewsCreate and maintain technical documentation and knowledge transfer artifacts
