Right Price.Role: ServiceNow Portal DeveloperLocation: Austin, TXDuration: 12+ MonthsJob Summary: As the owner of our customer-facing ServiceNow Portal, this person will be an HTML/CSS/JavaScript whiz motivated to create a modern, accessible user experience. The role also serves as Salesforce and Pardot administrator, supporting outreach and growth functions to attract potential customers.· Create and improve ServiceNow Portal pages and widgets for both existing and potential customers· Maximize ServiceNow Portal search engine functionality using advanced tags and filters· Collaborate with Service Catalog Manager to enhance Portal interfaceRequired Skills: Undergraduate degree, HTML/CSS expert, JavaScript proficient, UI design expertDesired Skills: ITIL Foundations; familiarity with 508 (EIR) accessibility compliance; ITSM ticketing experience; Agile/Scrum experience; experience with system properties and working in update sets; experience with workflows, scheduled jobs, and business rules; familiarity with cross-browser compatibility and mobile interfaces; ability to support continual service improvement by investigating and proposing alternative designs; ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Application DeveloperWhy Work With Us?
