Requirements:

- Active nursing license

- Relevant certifications as required

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Deliver coordinated nursing care for patients according to established standards of care.

- Supervise and direct the activities of nursing staff at various levels.

- Coordinate care with other disciplines using critical thinking and professional discretion.

- Utilize independent judgment in the provision of nursing care.

- Follow the nursing process and adapt care plans as necessary.
