AI Solutions Engineer

Role Description

As an AI Solutions Engineer, you will lead the delivery of AI-driven projects, building solutions, refining requirements, and collaborating with global teams to ensure successful implementation. You'll bridge technical execution and client needs, driving high-impact outcomes. This role plays a strategic part in advancing AI adoption within financial services.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years experience in fullstack development
• Minimum 3+ years experience integrating AI solutions
• Comfort and experience building web experiences from scratch
• Proven experience delivering AI-related projects, preferably in the technology or AI industry
• Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts and their business applications
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, technical teams, offshore centers, and vendors
• Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Ability to travel to customer locations and work directly with stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address challenges effectively
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Requirements

• Highly proficient in MS Office products
• Python (FastAPI, PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangGraph)
• TypeScript (Node, React, Angular, etc.)
• Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, GCP
• Jira for sprint management
