Location
Exeter, NH
Hours:

• Monday- Friday; 8:00am – 5:00 pm

Position Duties:

• Process purchase order (PO) requests
• Collect and reconcile payments from customers and clients
• Resolve billing disputes professionally and accurately
• Prepare, submit, and track permits as required
• File and organize permit documentation for easy retrieval
• Ensure all records are accurate, complete, and easily accessible
• Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries and communications
• Respond to customer questions and concerns with professionalism and care

Position Requirements:

• Experience with DocuSign
• Basic accounting skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Experience with Towbook and/or TOPS dispatch software is a plus
• Excellent attention to detail, including basic data analysis

Pay Rate:

• $28 / Hour

You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
