Job Title: Marketing Content Specialist
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Marketing Content Specialist to join our client in a role that supports key business operations and contributes to important organizational initiatives. This Hybrid contract opportunity based in Levittown, PA is ideal for a detail oriented marketing professional who enjoys executing established communication strategies and keeping projects on track. The selected candidate will support a structured content program using pre developed templates, defined publishing schedules, and clear guidance from the marketing team. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with stakeholders across the organization while contributing to consistent, high quality communications and outreach efforts.
Compensation:
$40.00 to $45.00 per hour
Work Schedule:
Part time, four days per week, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST. Candidates may work Monday through Thursday, with Monday Remote and Tuesday through Thursday Onsite, or Tuesday through Friday, with Tuesday through Thursday Onsite and Friday Remote.
Key Responsibilities of the Marketing Content Specialist:
Execute planned communication and marketing activities using established templates, content resources, and publishing schedules provided by the marketing team.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather information and support the development of audience specific communications across multiple channels.
Manage email campaign deployment, audience updates, and communication distribution through a customer relationship management platform.
Maintain content calendars, project tracking tools, and publishing schedules to ensure timely and accurate delivery of communications.
Ensure consistency, quality, and brand alignment across written and visual materials while supporting ongoing marketing and engagement initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills for the Marketing Content Specialist:
Proven experience creating and editing professional marketing or communications content for both internal and external audiences.
Required experience using Salesforce or a similar customer relationship management platform to manage email communications and campaign execution.
Strong graphic design capabilities utilizing Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or related design applications.
Experience working with content planning, workflow management, or social media scheduling tools to organize projects and publication timelines.
Excellent written communication, collaboration, organization, and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a structured environment.
