A fast-growing manufacturing company has just opened a brand-new facility in Phoenix and they are seeking detail-oriented Temp-to-Hire Inventory Specialists to help managing materials in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

In this position, you'll work closely with production, receiving, and shipping teams to ensure materials are accurate, organized, and available when needed. Inventory Specialist Job Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts and audits
• Track material movement using inventory systems, scanners, or ERP software
• Coordinate with receiving, production, and shipping teams to ensure material availability
• Label, store, and organize materials according to company standards
• Must be willing to cross-train into other departments

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM (Overtime may be required)

Pay: $24.00 per hour

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Job Qualifications

• 1-2 of inventory control, inventory specialist, or advanced material handling experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience using inventory systems, scanners, or ERP software preferred
• Strong attention to detail with solid organizational and documentation skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Commitment to safety, accuracy, and process compliance
