Store Manager

Overview As a Store Manager you will oversee the assigned store to ensure all retail sales and related activities are performed professionally. Your direction promotes company goals and emphasizes increasing sales and profits. At Northern Tool + Equipment, we serve tradespeople and weekend warriors, providing them with the right tools and a hassle‑free experience so they can get on with the job. Key Responsibilities Oversee overall store operations including sales, inventory and cashier functions. Develop effective plans and programs to achieve sales goals and objectives. Take exceptional care of customers. Promote store internal programs for alternative revenue sources. Ensure sales floor is “Showtime Ready”. Implement retail training programs to ensure employees are fully trained. What you will bring to the table High school education plus at least 2 years of college; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in marketing, business administration or related field preferred. 4+ years of related retail sales experience. 2+ years of supervisory experience. Ability to operate a PC with working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel). Positive attitude, energetic and service‑focused.
