We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and compassionate Oral Surgery Dental Assistant to support our surgeons and clinical team.This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in oral surgery, enjoys a fast-paced setting, and is committed to providing a safe and outstanding patient experience.What You'll DoAssist during oral surgery procedures including extractions, implants, and bone graftingPrepare patients for surgery and review medical historiesMonitor and document vital signs during procedures and sedationSupport anesthesia set-up and patient recoveryPrepare and sterilize instruments, equipment, and operatoriesFollow infection control, OSHA, and safety protocolsTake dental radiographs and assist with imaging (pan/CBCT preferred)Maintain accurate charting and clinical documentationProvide pre- and post-op instructions and patient supportCollaborate with the clinical team to ensure efficient patient flowWhat You Bring1+ year of dental assisting experience (oral surgery preferred)Current CPR/BLS certificationRadiology X-ray LicenseExperience with sedation cases or willingness to learnStrong attention to detail and ability to anticipate provider needsExcellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindsetNJ Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) or CDA certification is a plusExperience with implants and full-arch cases is beneficialFamiliarity with surgical workflows and digital chartingWhat We OfferCompetitive pay with bonus potentialMedical, Dental, Vision, and Life InsuranceHealth Savings Account (HSA) optionsPaid Time Off, Sick Time, and Paid Holidays401(k) with Company MatchShort- and Long-Term DisabilityContinuing education and career growth opportunitiesSupportive, team-oriented cultureWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
