Substitute Secretary$15.00 an hour for substitutes on a call-in basis. If you substitute continually for over 10 days, your pay will be 90% of the Secretary Wage Level. To fill in on an on-call basis for secretarial work. Excellent skills in human relations. Excellent phone and communication skills. A sense for routine management decisions to help department. Multi-tasking abilities. Strong computer skills, Word and Excel. Arrange and schedule meetings. Assist and maintain budget records and financial reports. Other duties as assigned. Requires a High School diploma or equivalent.
