CNC Machinist II - 1st Shift

divh2CNC Machinist II/h2pCadrex is searching for a CNC Machinist II who will play a pivotal role in our manufacturing operations by efficiently operating and maintaining CNC machinery. This position requires a solid understanding of CNC operations, the ability to perform complex setups, troubleshoot issues, and ensure quality standards are met. Under the guidance of our production team, you will contribute to the success of our manufacturing processes./ppKey Responsibilities/pulliOperate CNC machines to produce components, monitoring machining processes, and making real-time adjustments as needed for optimal performance/liliConduct thorough quality inspections using precision measurement instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.) to verify part dimensions and quality/liliMake necessary tool changes, offsets, and program adjustments based on production requirements and engineering specifications/liliPerform routine and preventive maintenance tasks on CNC machines, including cleaning, lubrication, and tool changes. Identify and report any machine malfunctions or maintenance needs/liliTroubleshoot machine issues and quality problems, implementing corrective actions as required to maintain production flow and quality standards/liliFollow strict safety protocols, ensuring the safety of yourself and your colleagues.
