Job Summary:

Seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide specialized outpatient therapy services. The ideal candidate will focus on patient rehabilitation and functional recovery through individualized treatment plans.

Responsibilities:

  Evaluate patients' physical conditions to determine appropriate treatment strategies.

  Develop and implement personalized therapy plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.

Qualifications:

  Valid state license as a Physical Therapist.
