RPA Developer

Location : Gdańsk or Wrocław (100% onsite work) Availability : ASAP / within 1 month About the Role We are looking for an experienced Blue Prism Developer to design, develop, and implement advanced Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable, efficient, and maintainable automation solutions while contributing to the continuous improvement of RPA standards and best practices. Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and deploy advanced Blue Prism automations for complex business processes Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into RPA solutions Apply Blue Prism best practices and advanced design principles to build scalable and maintainable automations Develop reusable objects, components, and libraries within Blue Prism Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to automation processes Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to less experienced developers Optimize existing automations to improve performance, stability, and efficiency Participate in solution design sessions and provide technical expertise Stay up to date with emerging RPA trends and new Blue Prism capabilities Contribute to the enhancement of development standards, governance, and delivery processes Requirements Advanced hands-on experience with Blue Prism development and implementation Strong expertise in designing and architecting scalable RPA solutions Solid understanding of process design, process mapping, requirement gathering, and technical documentation Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts and their application within Blue Prism Extensive experience in exception handling, error management, and audit logging Advanced debugging and troubleshooting skills Experience integrating Blue Prism with applications, APIs, and databases Familiarity with version control systems and asset management practices Experience working within Agile environments Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Nice to Have Blue Prism Professional Developer Certification Experience with advanced Blue Prism features such as Decision, Swarm, and Work Queues Knowledge of additional RPA tools and technologies Experience with CI/CD pipelines for RPA solutions Knowledge of scripting languages such as VBScript or Python Experience mentoring, coaching, or leading RPA development teams What We Offer Multisport card Private healthcare (Medicover) Access to an e learning platform Group life insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr
