Tooling Technician

One of our manufacturing clients is seeking a motivated and skilled Tooling Technician to join their team located near Weyauwega, WI. Pay Rate: $24-$25/hr Shift: 1st and 2nd shift Responsibilities Fabricate tooling components using shop equipment. Assemble foundry tooling according to assembly drawings. Repair and modify patterns, core boxes, and other tooling. Check tooling dimensions and troubleshoot issues using basic measuring equipment. Fabricate, repair, and modify core boxes, blow heads, gas heads, and ejection systems. Weld and repair damaged tooling. Load fixtures and operate pre-programmed CNC equipment. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent required. Vocational or community college coursework in a related field preferred. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to use overhead hoists and forklifts for material handling. #J-18808-Ljbffr Dawn Staffing Solutions Inc. (USA)
