As cycles progress, you fine-tune parameters, verify quality, and document every step so each part meets exacting requirements.What You’ll HandleConfigure and run heat treatment equipment to meet defined specifications.Control and adjust thermal profiles and heating cycles to achieve optimal results.Perform inspections and quality checks to confirm compliance with standards.Log production data and equipment performance with complete accuracy.Carry out routine maintenance and troubleshoot heat treat systems as needed.Follow all safety procedures and keep a tidy, orderly work area.Partner with teammates to refine methods and elevate process efficiency.What You BringHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical coursework in heat treatment is a plus.Hands-on experience as a Heat Treat Operator or in a comparable manufacturing role.Solid grasp of heat treatment methods, equipment, and controls.Ability to read and interpret technical documents, drawings, and specifications.Keen attention to detail with strong problem-solving capabilities.Comfort working both independently and collaboratively.Clear communication skills and an unwavering commitment to safety.If you thrive on precision, quality, and continuous improvement, this role lets you make a measurable impact from day one. #J-18808-Ljbffr Torrey Holistics
