Job Details: Job Title: Stepdown Neuro Registered Nurse Location: Cleveland, OH Setting: Hospital Pay Range: 2445.20 - 2567.46 Schedule: 19:00 - 07:30 Contract Length: 20 weeks to provide winter coverage, 13 weeks also accepted at this time Candidate Type: Traveler Requirements: 18 months of recent Neuro Stepdown experience, perm Ohio license or compact state license in hand, AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS & NIHSS cert required, must have work at least every other holiday, ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessments required with acceptable scores. Responsibilities: Provide specialized neuro step-down care to patients in a hospital setting. Adhere to all safety and clinical protocols, including certifications such as BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Monitor patient vital signs and neurological status regularly.
