Title: Senior Business Analyst Location: Austin, TX (5 days Onsite) Duration: 11 MonthsSenior Business Analyst supporting a major IT modernization project. Responsible for requirements management, system analysis, vendor coordination, project oversight, testing, risk management, and implementation support. Ensures solutions align with business needs, policies, and enterprise IT standards.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate vendors, projects, deliverables, and service requests.Develop and review requirements, test cases, specifications, and traceability.Analyze systems, troubleshoot issues, and support solution implementation.Manage project scope, acceptance, integration testing, UAT, and deployment.Identify project risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.Analyze policies, procedures, and standards for system impacts.Support Agile/SAFe delivery and manage requirements using TFS/Azure DevOps.Support business process improvement and integrated systems.Maintain project documentation, portfolio tools, and management reporting.Required Skills8+ years coordinating with outside vendors to complete projects and service requests.8+ years developing/reviewing requirements, test cases, traceability, design, and technical specifications.8+ years in system analysis, troubleshooting, and solution implementation.8+ years managing project scope, acceptance, deployment, system integration, and UAT.8+ years identifying project risks and developing mitigation strategies.8+ years analyzing policies, procedures, and standards and their impact on automated systems.Preferred Skills3+ years of experience with TFS/Azure DevOps (ADO) for requirements management.3+ years working in Agile/SAFe environments.Experience with MS Office, SharePoint, and Copilot.Understanding of enterprise systems, UI, data layers, infrastructure, integrations, business rules engines, and workflow orchestration.Familiarity with cloud-based solutions.Experience with healthcare/Medicaid systems and processes.Experience updating portfolio/project management tools and state-level IT project information.
