Job Description
Our moving company is looking for a polished, customer‐focused sales professional to guide clients through the booking process. You’ll be the first voice they hear — and the reason they choose us.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable service to every inbound caller
- Prepare detailed quotes and explain pricing
- Schedule moves and coordinate details with other team members
- Maintain accurate records and follow up on open leads
- Ensure every customer feels confident and supported.
- Generate leads through various advertising strategies
- Build relationships with repeat customers, realtors, and property managers
- Resolve customer claims
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience in sales, hospitality, or customer service
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Positive attitude and team‐oriented mindset
- Self‐motivated with a drive to achieve
