Position Travel Nurse RN – Emergency Department (ED) Location Canyon Vista Medical Center, 5700 E Highway 90, Sierra Vista, AZ 85635 Duration & Schedule Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12‑hour nights, 36 hours per week (weekly guaranteed hours) Weekend shifts: 4 weekend shifts per 4‑week period Call requirements: none Orientation: bi‑weekly Qualifications Registered Nurse (RN) license required Minimum 2 years of experience (ideally) in emergency nursing Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC Preferred experience: trauma and pediatric care Travel required prior to submission; candidates must be located 60 miles or greater from the facility to qualify for travel pay Unit Information Number of beds: 22 Patient ratios: 4:1 for pod patients, 2:1 critical, 6:1 fast track EHR: Cerner Supervisor: Amanda Mancini Unit: Emergency Department (Floor: ED) Compensation Local rate: $49.80 per hour.
